Loretta YoungFew celebrities have enjoyed the professional longevity of the Hollywood movie and television legend Loretta Young, whose remarkable career spanned over seven decades - beginning as a child extra during Hollywood’s ‘Silent Era’, attaining star status during its Golden Age, and continuing on into television as the host of her own popular series, The Loretta Young Show.

The Entertainment Group oversees Miss Young’s ‘intangible rights’, and can provide permission to use a wide variety of Loretta Young images for professional motion media and print advertising, as well as image identification programs for product promotion and marketing.

  • clips from The Loretta Young Show

  • portions of her personal, 16mm home movies

  • selected personal photographs

  • use of Miss Young’s image & likeness, voice & signature

Our collection includes:  candid shots at home with family and friends, including her children, Ricardo Montalban (her brother-in-law), Norman Foster, and her sisters, Sally Blaine and Polly Ann Young.

Behind-the-scenes footage on movie sets of the 1930’s, including Bulldog Drummond Strikes Back with Ronald Colman, Ramona with Don Ameche, Clive of India with Caesar Romero, The House Of Rothschild with George Arliss, and others.

We can also grant permission for the use of the trademark, The Loretta Young Show.

We grant rights and permissions in digital media to use images produced by third parties in analog media.

Loretta YoungWe also grant rights and permissions in digital media to use Miss Young’s classic radio performances  - including The Littlest Angel -  originally produced in analog media.

Please note: we do not license clips from any of Miss Young’s movies, which are owned by the studios that made them.

There is a small research and transfer fee to access our stock footage library.
