Feature Motion PicturesSince 1985, The Entertainment Group has packaged and produced four exciting feature length motion pictures for the home video and television markets.

Blood Cult, the first movie we created for United Home Video, is a campy horror film that made history as the first-ever feature length motion picture made just for home video release. It was an instant success and bred two other low-budget horror classics;

The Ripper, starring Tom Savini, and

Revenge, featuring Patrick Wayne and John Carradine. They were both made in 1986 and all three films continue in DVD release today through VCI Home Entertainment.

TEG also owns and maintains the intellectual property rights to the Dan Turner, Hollywood Detective series of detective pulp novels by Robert Leslie Bellem.

In 1991 we produced “The Raven Red Kiss-Off”, starring Marc Singer and Tracy Scoggins along with an all-star cast, for Fries Entertainment and LBS Communications. The quirky, rough-and-tumble tale of a 1940’s Tinsiltown gumshoe named Dan Turner, was originally broadcast on the Fox Television Network and currently airs on the Starz/Encore classic movie channels.Marc and Tracy Scoggins from the film Dan Turner, Hollywood Detective
